Down beyond Chinatown, past all the tuk-tuk touts offering amazing sightseeing bargains in their three wheel smog machines, away from the popular temples and souvenir shops, there's a road of roses. Bangkok is full of surprises, and none more sweet than this street, lined both sides with wholesale flowers vendors. Everything green and flowering can be found, but mostly it's roses bound tightly in newspaper bundles, standing shoulder to shoulder, crowding the sidewalks.
